Om P Popli, PE LS
President & Managing Principal

Mr. Popli has over 45 years of professional experience both in Public Works and consulting firms at various levels of responsibility. Om has vast experience in a variety of Civil/Sanitary disciplines including site development, storm and sanitary sewer design, water mains, highway design, design of reinforced concrete structures, bridge inspection and rehabilitation, environmental assessment statement, infiltration/inflow analysis, engineering and planning reports, project coordination, construction inspection and management. For the past 25 years, Mr. Popli has been the President and Managing Principal of Popli Design Group and his primary responsibilities include client contact, business administration, scheduling, quality/budget control and project management.

Rohit Agrawal, AIA MCA CDT
Principal & Director of Architecture Division

Mr. Agrawal has over 10 years of experience working in the design and construction industry in Malaysia, India and the US. Rohit has diverse experience in Education, Retail, Institutional, Residential and Master-planning projects. He is responsible for budget and schedule control, client liaison, design, consultant coordination and planning. Rohit works closely with the project team to perform a variety of tasks including space planning, programming, design, code reviews, construction documentation and construction administration. Until recently, Rohit was an Associate with SWBR Architects & Engineers, PC, in Rochester, NY and has worked on several sustainable and award-winning projects. Rohit is certified by Green Building Certification Institute as LEED Accredited Professional with specialization in Building Design + Construction, signifying advanced depth of knowledge in green building practices.

George H Stam, PE
Senior Engineer
George Stam

Mr. Stam has over 30 years of experience in a wide variety of civil and municipal engineering including twenty years of distinguished service and achievement, as City Engineer for the City of Rochester, New York. While at the City, he was responsible for oversight and implementation of the City’s Capital Improvement Program as it relates to streets, bridges, sidewalks, municipal buildings, libraries, firehouses, parking garages and general City development projects. He is experienced in community outreach and public information meetings, preparation of final plans, specifications and estimates, and project management. Mr. Stam is a highly experienced engineer with a strong management background in large organizations, adept at dealing with the multitude of issues that arise from complex and multifaceted projects and is able to negotiate and resolve significant and controversial issues.

Michael A Venturo, LS
Senior Surveyor

Mr. Venturo has more than 20 years of surveying experience as a Party Chief and office surveyor involving property surveys, topographic mapping, and stakeout of utilities. State-wide property research, right-of-way alignment and title line determination for NYSDOT and local municipal appropriations. Responsible for boundary and lot calculations, supervision of drafting, deed conveyance and easement descriptions, acquisition and R.O.W. mapping, and quality control of all mapping before publication. Mr. Venturo has managed several other multi-assignment term contracts in highway/bridge reconstruction for the NYSDOT & NYSTA as well as boundary/row wetland, stream surveys & mapping for, local municipalities and other state and federal agencies such as OGS, SUCF, NYSDEC & OPRHP.

Gregory D Hutter, PE
Senior Structural Engineer

Mr. Hutter has over 12 years of Bridge/Highway Design and Construction Inspection experience. He has been responsible for the design or management of bridge rehabilitation and replacement projects, which were either Locally Administered & Federal Aid, NYSDOT, NYSTA and/or various counties. Responsibilities included project management, in-depth condition inspection, design approval documents, public information meetings, hydraulic analysis, structural design and detailing, preparation of final plans, specifications and estimate, etc. Mr. Hutter has also been trained in HEC-RAS and has performed HEC-RAS hydraulic analyses on seven bridge replacement projects.
