Architecture: Sustainability
. . generating cost-effective, energy-efficient solutions
| Besides meeting the obvious environment and energy conservation goals of clients, we understand the productivity & quality-of-life gains that sustainable design practices can provide. The key to sustainability is to generate a solution that is most cost effective and energy efficient in the up-front as well as life cycle costs. We provide you with the analysis to select the appropriate systems that balance the initial investment, reduce energy consumption and environmental footprint, while maximizing the productivity gains. | ||

The U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a measurable form of sustainable design based on an objective system of points to assess the sustainability. While we believe that LEED is an excellent start to the energy and environment management issue, it should not limit the design professionals and owners in creating a sustainable project. We look for innovative ways to be good stewards of the environment whatever the project budget, irrespective of whether the project is trying to achieve LEED certification. | |||
