Since the inception of the program, especially during the past three years, we have performed services for several municipalities (counties, cities, etc.) for 50 Locally Administered Federal Aid (Pass Thru) projects in various regions of NYSDOT. All highway bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects were as Prime Consultant, while most of the survey assignments were as Sub-consultant.
The scope of services includes: Design Survey/Mapping, Environmental Issues (Wetlands, Phase I, Asbestos, Lead, etc.), Traffic Studies, Hydraulic Analysis, ROW Mapping, Preliminary & Final Design, Public Participation, Construction Support and Resident Engineering.
