This project involves construction of 70,000 sq. ft. of facility building on Oswego River, Town of Lysander;

pump station, waste oil separator & tank, 240 car parking places, lighting, crane hoist pads, boat launching slip,
retaining wall, bulk head wall and extensive landscaping. |

Reconstruction of NY Rte. 31, Pittsford-Palmyra Rd. $14.3 million
This project involves construction of 70,000 sq. ft. of facility building on Oswego River, Town of Lysander;

Replacement of Slusser Road Bridge $4.5 million
This project involves the replacement of an existing four (4) span structure over mainline NYS Thruway I-90
to a two (2) span structure, and rehabilitation of both east and west bound NYS Thruway bridges over
Tonawanda Creek at MP 396.70 and 397.10. |

Biennial Inspection of Bridges: NYSDOT Region 6, Hornell
The scope of services involves performing hands-on visual inspection of over 1200 bridges on local road
systems in Allegany, Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben and Tioga counties. The is the second year of the two year
cycle (2002-2003) of bridge inspection. The firm previously completed similar assignments during the 1998-1999
and 2000-2001 cycles for NYSDOT in Region 4, Rochester. |

Reconstruction of CR No. 39; Syracuse-Cedarvale (Fay) Road
Popli is providing Resident Engineering services for this project which includes the widening,
addition of traffic lanes, drainage improvements and traffic signal work at County Road 39 and Onandaga Blvd. |
