Mark Laistner, PE, PDG’s Director of Bridge Design, had the pleasure of presenting our recently completed Maiden Lane Bridge Project with the Town of Greece Department of Public Works Commissioner, Kirk Morris, at the Statewide Conference on Local Bridges in Syracuse yesterday. The presentation covered the preliminary design, final design, and construction phases, as well as the various challenges that were encountered throughout the Bridge-NY project.
PDG is excited to announce that we have completed the Maiden Lane Bridge Replacement project with contractor C.P. Ward in the Town of Greece, New York. The project replaced the existing bridge with a new precast concrete three-sided structure with fill type retaining wall wingwalls founded on an invert slab.
Members from the PDG team spent the morning picking up trash along a portion of I-490 in Monroe County as part of the Adopt-A-Highway program. Thank you to our staff who volunteered their time to make our community better!
