Rochester City School District - Theodore Roosevelt School No. 43, 2014-2015 & 2015-2016 CIP
The 2014 – 2015 Capital Improvements Project involved the historically-sensitive installation of a new secure entrance vestibule for the main entrance of School 43. A new main office layout and built-in main office front desk were designed to direct visitors to office staff before entering the school.
The 2015 - 2016 Capital Improvements Project involved the complete renovation of a lunch room and serving area located in the basement of Theodore Roosevelt School 43. Two existing lunch rooms will be combined and a serving area will be relocated to improve the flow, ambiance, and function of the 2,500 SF area. The project includes extensive relocation of plumbing, electrical, and sprinkler services to bring a spacious feeling to the somewhat confined area.
