PDG performed inspections of the underside of the HSS building, the façade along the perimeter, columns spanning FDR drive, and the service road and building overhand along the board walk. Elements included concrete soffit, beams, utilities, lighting and expansion joint, and signs. Nightly inspections with WZTC complied with FDR traffic stipulations. 

Tasks included condition report submission, with repair recommendations as needed. The pedestrian bridge is a 14-span steel structure over the FDR drive. Inspection included all-steel framing columns underside and top of walkway, railings, fence, columns, bearings, and utilities, including attached signs., In 2018, the report was prepared in the NYSDOT format for bridge inspection, white the 2019 format meets AASHTO requirements.
