The 2013 Campus Improvements Project included site improvements (additional parking, lighting,  and storm water management) and larger projects such as a new maintenance facility and renovations to the operations building. These improvements were completed simultaneously in four phases. Popli Design Group (PDG) was the Prime consultant on the project, providing architecture, civil/site design, and mechanical engineering services. In addition, PDG managed five sub-consultants.

The New Maintenance Building Includes:

• Non-revenue maintenance bays

• Equipment and tire storage 

• Loading dock

• Break room

• Provision for future paint booths

The Operations Building Renovations Included:

• New mechanic’s break rooms

• Conference rooms

• Locker rooms

• Body shop/tool cage

• Offices for fleet engineers & staff

• Mechanic’s training room
