Bridge Design Presentation at Campbell-Savona School District

PDG’s Ben Beardsley, PE, and Kevin Murray, EIT, had the pleasure of presenting to a 5th grade class at the Campbell-Savona School District on May 19, 2022. Their presentation covered the bridge engineering profession, including their career paths and a number of interesting design projects. Following the presentation, Ben and Kevin guided the students through an exercise where they built a bridge with a single piece of paper that supported 100 pennies.
