Congratulations to Our Newest PE!

PDG is excited to announce that Justin Jewell successfully completed the Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) exam, earning his Professional Engineering License in the State of Pennsylvania.

Justin has over 10 years of construction inspection and design experience on projects for NYSDOT, NYSTA, and municipalities across New York State. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo in 2012. Justin has been with PDG since 2014.
