Congratulations to our Newest PE!

Please join us in congratulating Raymond Hilly, who recently earned his PE License. Ray passed the Professional Engineering (PE) Exam in June 2023 and having completed the work experience portion, was recently registered as a Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey. In addition, Ray is anticipating approval for his application for registration as a Professional Engineer in New York. We are proud of Ray's hard work and dedication to achieving this goal!

Ray joined PDG in 2020 having interned with us in 2019, and he holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.S. in Structural and Earthquake Engineering from the University at Buffalo. During his time with the company, he has proved to be an integral part of the Bridge Design team and has played a key role on numerous bridge design and bridge inspection projects. He has also contributed greatly to the continued growth and success of PDG’s New York City office.
