Jeffrey Phillips Promoted to Director of Land Surveying

PDG is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeffrey Phillips, PLS, to the Director of Land Surveying.

Jeff has over 23 years of experience and joined PDG in 2004. During this time, he has worked on and managed projects for private development, state and county governments, and other municipalities.  He has expertise in the determination of highway boundaries and right-of-ways, and has played a key role in the appropriation process for the I-81 Viaduct Project in Syracuse.

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science in Surveying Engineering Technology from Alfred State College, is a Professional Land Surveyor in the states of New York and New Jersey, and a Certified sUAS Remote Pilot. He is a member of the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors and the National Society of Professional Surveyors.

In his new role, Jeff will oversee operations, provide strategic direction, and ensure the successful delivery of projects for the land surveying department.
