PDG recently completed the Tileyard Road over Flint Creek Bridge Replacement project in the Town of Gorham, Ontario County, NY.
This project involved the replacement of a 55-ft single span steel multi-girder bridge with a 90-ft single span steel multi-girder structure with integral abutments supported on piles. The replacement structure is wider than the existing to accommodate two 11’-0” travel lanes and two 5’-0” shoulders. The highway profile was raised by approximately 3’-0” over the structure to improve hydraulic performance and achieve a minimum 2’-0” of freeboard at the 50-year storm event. The project also involved realignment of drainage ditches and relocation of utilities, including overhead electric and underground fiber optic.
Congratulations to the project team!

Tileyard Road Bridge is a key way that connects important areas, and any updates or repairs really impact the local flow. It’s always interesting to see how infrastructure affects daily life and urban planning. While researching topics like these, students in urban law might even look into law dissertation writing services for help with detailed analysis and case studies.
