Allen Hall, constructed in the early 1970s, is an eight-story administrative building with an area of approximately 75,750 square feet. Allen Hall is home to the office of the president, vice presidents, and central administration staff.

The project included renovating the existing exterior façade, perimeter HVAC system, associated electrical power and lighting system, as well as the building automation system (BAS), all of which were covered in the scope of the comprehensive commissioning. The construction was phased by every two floors starting from the top floors. The commissioning was conducted based on the same phased construction/occupancy approach.
